Community Action Partnership of Scott Carver & Dakota Counties

Established in 1965 the Community Action Partnership of Scott Carver & Dakota Counties (CAP Agency) began as the Scott-Carver Economic Council providing co-op farming programs, Head Start and Senior Citizen Centers for residents of Scott and Carver counties. The CAP Agency expanded its service area in 1985, to include residents of Dakota County. The name of the agency was changed to reflect this expansion.
