Alina Health The Allina Health Chanhassen Clinic located at 7770 Dell Road, Ste 110, Chanhassen MN will be closing its doors to patient care The final day of patient care will be Friday, December 21, 2018. The providers at the Chanhassen clinic will continue to provide their services at the neighboring Allina Health clinics of Chaska, Centennial Lakes, as well as the new Greenway Clinic in Uptown, which is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2019.
